It doesn't matter if you’re new to working out or a fitness pro....there is always room to bettter yourself. Our program provides a variety of training options, guidance, as well as support to help you stay on track and reach your goals. Sessions are $20/session for non-members and $10/session for members. Contact us for weekly or monthly packages.
Group sessions are also available.

We also offer highlight videos, which showcases an athlete's talents. The videos are $30/video. Please allow a 4 day turnaround to complete the video. Once the video is completed, you are allowed to make 2 revisions free of charge. Videos consist of a music selection-we can pick a song for you or you can if you prefer.
We work with athletes at every level. Our goal is to help get our athletes in good shape and actively strive to prevent injuries with appropriate training. We key in on fundamental’s, techniques, while building self confidence.
